Dear Dr. Haroun,
This is a note just to tell you that I have had an awesome and uneventful recovery. It is unusual to use these two adjectives together in describing an event. However, I have had a remarkably fast recovery with minimal pain! So much so that I sometimes forget that I had major surgery in February.
I owe this all to you. You have given me my life back! Thank you,
